About Us
Welcome to Landmark Hospitals, where we are leading healthcare in a new direction. Through our growing system of critical care and rehabilitation hospitals, we provide solutions for patients who require extended acute hospitalization. Our patients may present medically complex cases that require a multi-disciplinary approach to their extended stay. Most of our patients require an intensive level of care for a longer period than the average hospital offers. Typically, upon completion of our intensive care program, our patients discharge or return to a previous level of care, such as a rehabilitation hospital, or a sub-acute care facility, such as a skilled nursing facility, or home.
